* Child membership subject to parents already signed up as members.

List of Key Member's Privileges:

• Use of Members' Pavilion from 10am onwards, which incorporates a feature bar, Wi-Fi internet access, TV and dining area with panoramic waterfront view.
  
  
• Holders are entitled to apply for storage spaces for private windsurfing equipment, which will have a monthly charge which is payable 6 months in advance. If you do have to terminate your storage Mana Mana will reimburse remaining whole months.
  
  
• Use of a dive training pool, situated in a set back landscaped area but during supervised official opening hours only, for safety reasons.
  
  
• Use of beach club's separate male and female locker rooms which include showers and WC.
  
  
• All day rescue boat service 365 days a year.
  
  
• Discounts on certain F&B items.
  
  
• Discounts on certain Surf Shop purchases, with priority member pre-notification on upcoming sales.
  
  
• Special privilege rate on rental of windsurfing and sailing equipment.
  
  
• Priority notification on rental equipment sales.
  
  
• Privilege prices on Mana Mana East Coast's special trips out of Singapore.
  
  
• Loaner service for broken personal windsurfing items such as boom, mast foot, fins etc.

General Information and Guidelines When Using the Club:

Should you wish to consider joining our club, please be aware of our Club's rules & regulations, which will be updated from time to time, without prior notice:

1. Unfortunately, no animals are allowed the premises and these are Gov rules.
   
   
2. Please do not rollerblade, skate, skateboard, or cycle into the premises as this could be a danger to others on our narrow and landscaped paths.
   
   
3. There is a designated bicycle parking area with stand to attach/lock your bike to.
   
   
4. Members are not permitted to bring guests into the members pavilion during the weekends and eve of and public holidays. This pavilion is exclusive for members during these periods but until 7:30 in the evening, when it becomes open to non members.
   
   
5. Members, who wish to bring guest to the members pavilion, can do so during weekdays, subject to two guests but whom will be eligible for a discounted entry fee of S$10 and be issued with wrist band.
   
   
6. Lockers are provided for member use and they are operated with a key and coin return system:
   
   
   • Lockers must be cleared out on a daily basis. No permanent occupation of lockers by members is permitted.
   • Please clear your locker before 7pm, after which our staff will remove all contents and members will have to reclaim these items from the main office.
   • We advise not to bring or store high value items in the day lockers (they are not safety deposit), as the Club accepts no responsibility for any missing items.
     
     
7. The bar area is primarily for the enjoyment of adult guests (of drinking age) and is off limits to playing children.
   
   
8. Members with small children, are especially requested to be considerate of other club users and we do ask members’ co-operation to keep small children in check and refrain from bringing or using noisy toys that are a disturbance to others:
   
   
   • There will be recommended play areas for your children to play and let off steam and we ask you to consult the staff.
   • The Club is primarily a ‘Watersports Centre’, with areas that will be restricted for children, for their own safety. Please do not let children play or run in ‘craft launching zones’ or around the Dive Training Pool area, for their own safety.
   • The management reserves the right to request members to move to an alternative area if their children are found to be misbehaving or disturbing the enjoyment of other club members. This rule also applies to adult members.
     
     
9. From time to time the Club will play host to events or functions and will endeavor to provide notice to members of these events. You may also check our website should you feel a scheduled event could prevent you from enjoying your visit.

While we wish our members and visitors to feel happy and relaxed while enjoying the facilities, Mana Mana East Coast has a set of guidelines to operate within, be it our company’s policies or those imposed on us by the authorities and we ask members to understand and respect these.

In the event that you are considering signing up as a Privilege Card Member, we do ask you to consider the above rules and be prepared to abide by them prior to making your application.

Windsurfing Board & Sail Storage

Only Privilege Card Holders are eligible to rent storage space for boards and sails. The rental prices for boards and sails is as follows :

A Privilege Card Holder who wishes to minimise his or her storage rental cost may consider hiring a board storage only, where all boards will be stored in upright sloping position, with enough room for at least two rolled up sails (bagged) plus boom and two piece mast (disassembled) placed with the board.

As there will only be limited numbers of board and sail storage slots available at Mana Mana East Coast, Privilege Card Holders are advised to prepay their required storage fees up to a maximum of 1 board and 1 sail per holder, based on a first come first served basis.

Should additional storage spaces be required, it will be made available only after initial card holder intake has been provided for. Priority for additional storage slots will be allocated to card holders whom have purchased a two year Privilege Card.

Loss or Theft
Mana Mana will not be held responsible for loss of equipment and all members will be required to have their name on sails and boards and to complete a register of their kit at the Mana Mana office.

Termination of Storage
Any Privilege Card Holder deciding to terminate their designated storage slot permanently, may have their slot refunded based on number of whole months remaining on the term. Card Holders are not permitted to allocate or rent out or share their storage with other Card Holders or Non Card Holders. Card Holder who do this will loose this privilege without refund.

Additional Storage
Privilege Card Holders, who require additional slots, for boards or sail, may apply for these and will go on a waiting list.

Default
Card Holders defaulting on storage space payments will receive notice by mail and one month’s grace period to settle payment before equipment is removed. Equipment not reclaimed after one year, will be disposed of.

Wash Down Area

The beach Club will have a wash down area which sailors will be asked to keep to, when washing equipment with detergents or any other chemical removers. Equipment owners are advised only to use biodegradable cleaners and tar removers.
